Medical Cannabis Education

Medical cannabis coupled with therapy may be considered as part of a comprehensive psychiatric treatment plan when appropriate, following a thorough evaluation.

If medical cannabis is something you’re interested in exploring, we can have an open, non-judgmental conversation about whether it might fit into your care plan. My role is to provide education, guidance, and medical cannabis authorizations when clinically indicated, so you can make informed choices that align with your values and health goals.

Medical cannabis is always considered within the broader context of your care — it’s not a stand-alone treatment, but a potential tool we can explore together.

I collaborate closely with therapists at Syzygy Psychotherapy Collective in Seattle, WA who specialize in cannabis therapy from a trauma-informed, somatic, lens. You can also find cannabis therapy support on your own through alternative avenues, such as Psychedelic Support or Psychology Today.
